MCLEAN, Va. - Officials with Hilton are excited to announce a new 86-room property in the city of Alliance, Ohio, slated to open in March 2017. The property will be owned and operated by Rama Tika Developers, LLC and managed by Rama Tika Management, LLC out of Mansfield, Ohio.

"We look forward to bringing this Hampton Inn & Suites property to Alliance, set near the heart of new development and rebirth in the Carnation City," said Vaibhav Patel, owner.

Rama Tika Management LLC has announced Jesse Boliantz as General Manager, who will direct all aspects of daily hotel operations, including guest services and satisfaction, hotel administration and marketing efforts.

"Jesse has proven leadership skills and a passion for the hospitality industry, and will be a true asset to the property," said Patel. Prior to joining this project in 2014, Jesse has worked for Rama Tika Management LLC at other properties in Mansfield and Ontario, Ohio, as well as in Dubois, Pennsylvania.

Amy Benson, director of sales and assistant general manager, will be responsible for leading and directing the development and implementation of strategic sales and marketing plans in the hotel's continuing efforts to offer outstanding guest service. Prior to joining the staff in August 2016, Benson has worked in various aspects of the hospitality industry for more than 25 years.
