The brand awards are given to properties who have excelled in customer satisfaction and loyalty based on guest feedback and quality assurance standards.  

The Connie Awards are based on their Total Quality Scorecard, the hotel’s loyalty score via SALT (Hilton’s Satisfaction and Loyalty Tracking) and their overall Quality Assurance (QA) score.
