Hampton Hotels today announced the launch of an updated guest appreciation initiative that will add a uniquely delicious feature to each of its U.S. hotels within its nearly 1,900 property portfolio worldwide this fall, enhancing the guest experience and rewarding loyal Hampton guests and Hilton HHonors members.
With an estimated 55,000 free waffles served daily at more than 1,800 locations across the Americas, Hampton Hotels today joins the global community in celebrating International Waffle Day. Each day, Hampton goes through more than 18,000 gallons of batter to provide guests the freshly-baked breakfast delight. Laid end-to-end, that’s more than seven miles of waffles served every day by the hotel brand.
With the summer travel season in full swing, Hampton Hotels is teaming with chef and television celebrity Guy Fieri to emphasize the importance of breakfast and officially launch the addition of hot, freshly-baked waffles to Hampton's free breakfast offering. To officially kick off Hampton's new free waffle offering, the hotelier, Fieri and his son, Hunter, will line up 30 Hampton waffle bakers in New York City's Herald Square Park today and serve waffles to more than 7,000 people during a "Wake up with Waffles" event.
