As Vice President, Strategic Initiatives Focused Service Brands at Hilton, Shruti is responsible for leading special projects and initiatives across the Hilton Focused Service portfolio of brands including Hampton, Hilton Garden Inn and Tru.

Shruti is a seasoned brand management and marketing leader with over 20 years of experience in the areas of global business management, brand strategy and analysis, and consumer marketing and Public Relations across a variety of industries including food, luxury cosmetics, toys, outdoor gear, and most recently, hospitality.

Prior to joining Hilton, Shruti was the global brand leader for Fairfield and Protea Hotels brands with Marriott International. Prior to her time with Marriott International, Shruti held marketing and brand management positions with leading organizations including Nestle, Unilever, Estee Lauder, Chanel Inc., and National Geographic. Shruti has lived and worked in Europe and Asia, providing her with a solid understanding of the global market place and regional branding and marketing nuances.

Shruti earned her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California at Berkeley. She enjoys travelling to exotic destinations, hiking, skiing, photography and cooking.
